WHERE WE WORK / Programs

"Handmade in Egypt" is a three-year USAID funded program that supports the alleviation of poverty, particularly among women, through the endorsement of entrepreneurship and income generating activities in the handcraft sector.  The program is focused on strengthening existing business associations between exporters, wholesalers and other craft sector service providers to increase effectiveness in providing marketing and training activities.
