Located in the state of Karnataka in South India, Sandur Kushala Kala Kendra (SKKK) was established to provide economic opportunity to Lambani women and to revive indigenous crafts of the area. The Lambani are known for their brightly colored dress, heavily decorated and trimmed with embroidery, mirrors, and shells.
