AFVED (Association of Orphans and Impoverished Widows) is an association of about 15 women who weave, sew and use natural dyes to make fashion and home accessories. They work with both cotton and leather, however their strength is stenciling on hand-woven cotton fabric. Their products are sold primarily in Bamako.
