Bidaly
Project Date: 2007 - 2012Bidaly employs 18 people and is run by the founder, Bissan Hawa. She is also the president of an association of Malian fashion companies and draws inspiration from that work. Bidaly employs a wide range of production techniques including sewing, printing and dying. They are also skilled with indigo dying and are hoping to begin work with organic cotton. Currently, they sell at their onsite shop and attend several trade fairs, including SIAO in Ouagadougou. Their products are soon to be featured in Viva Terra.
