Edmund (Ted) See is a Partner at Day Pitney LLP. Ted concentrates his legal practice in municipal finance, including the representation of states, public authorities and cities, towns, and other governmental entities in the issuance of municipal bonds. He also represents 501(c)(3) entities and other qualified borrowers in municipal bond financings. Ted is the Director of the CT Bar Foundation; a Trustee at St. Joseph College; and Corporator at Hartford Seminary. He is also a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Gabon, Africa.
